Winners again: Kaczanowski & Co have brought home three prestigious gold medals at the 2022 Charcuterie Excellence Awards.
Hosted by the Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC), these are the premier awards for the Australian smallgoods industry.
What are the Charcuterie Excellence awards?
The Charcuterie Excellence awards recognise Australia-made products of exceptional quality. The awards are judged by a diverse, expert panel including line-up of judges including fleischmeisters, celebrity chefs, smallgoods makers, and industry legends.
Kaczanowski & Co was awarded three gold medals in the ‘general product’ category.
