Bacon Eye Notes
Our Bacon Eye is made from a premium cut of certified Australian Pork loin that discards the fatty tail. We prepare bacon eye with the rind on (for flavour) then cure, cook and smoke it to our own recipe. It fries well, with a traditional smokey taste – perfect for Sunday morning breakfast.
