Cook-In-Bag Lamb Notes
Cook-In-Bag Lamb is ideal for sandwich preparation in commercial kitchens (such as hospitals and institutions), as a low fuss lamb roast to heat and serve, or as a pulled lamb product for burgers. Cook In Bag Lamb is made from 100% Australian lamb shoulder, put in a bag and cooked in its own juices. After cooking, the bag remains unopened, sealing in those delicious juices. We simply label and dispatch.
How To Store
Store at or below 4°C.
How to serve
