Pastrami Notes
Kaczanowski Pastrami is made from a premium cut of Australian beef. Selected with care, the silverside is lovingly cured in brine, marinated in herbs then rolled in ground peppercorns. We use fresh and high quality seasonings to ensure the very high quality.
Once spiced to perfection, the beef is oven sealed, then traditionally smoked. After resting, we vacuum wrap the pastrami to ensure its freshness.
