Kassler is a traditional German style of salted Pork. This product is made from a whole loin of Australian Pork, salted and brined overnight, and then finished with light hickory smoke.

Kassler (Boneless Pork Loin) is prepared in accordance with a family recipe. We start by removing any bone and rind. The loin is then cured, cooked and lightly smoked in our smokehouse. Kassler is an ideal foil for strong flavours, such as sauerkraut and strong cheese.
