Kaczanowski & Co have supplied premium gourmet smallgoods and deli meats for three generations. After more than forty years in operation, we remain an Australian-owned, family company. We are renowned for our Pastrami, Smoked Chicken and range of Christmas Hams.
Our products are prepared fresh daily, using family recipes and traditional smoking methods that bring out their natural flavour. Where possible, products are gluten, MSG and sugar free. We proudly use Australian-grown pork, beef, lamb and chicken.

PRODUCT RANGE
Beef
Our Beef products are manufactured using only 100% Australian beef and veal. These produce a fine selection of Gluten and Sugar free products.
Chicken
Our chicken products are free from MSG, gluten and added sugar. We are passionate about supporting Australian farmers and use only Australian-grown chicken.
Pork
We use specially selected prime cuts of only 100% Australian Pork to manufacture products in a traditional way which are Gluten and MSG free.
Lamb
Our Lamb is sourced from the best Australian suppliers to ensure our products are of the highest quality and are free from Gluten, sugar and MSG.
