Gourmet Bacon Notes
Gourmet bacon is sold as a whole bacon side (unsliced), suitable for delis and cafes. Gourmet bacon is made from certified Australian Pork middle, prepared to our own recipe. The bacon has its rind removed, is cured and cooked then deliciously smoked over hickory. Gourmet bacon is rindless and therefore a much leaner cut.
